On Saturday 25 April 2009, the Knights of Harmony are holding their annual show featuring performance and music in the barbershop style.
In this show they are creating their own authentic version of the Tin Roof Café.
The fanciful Tin Roof Café, nestled amidst a collection of colourful entertainment venues, is a gathering place for locals and visitors. Those who frequently join in the frivolity at Tin Roof Café know what to expect … well maybe.
On a regular basis patrons can expect to be thrilled by the musical performance of the resident vocal ensemble known as the Knights of Harmony and enjoy the vocal renditions of the exciting quartet Best Intentions.
And of course, the impresario, Brad Brown, will welcome you personally to the Tin Roof Café and entertain one and all with his folksy humour as the MC for the show. Many patrons attend just to hear the latest edition of “Story-time with Brad”.
There is always some new attraction at the Tin Roof Café. On this very special night listen to the GSS high school ensemble Vocal Express and the J-BOBs. And if you have not yet heard the vocal stylings of Ontario’s current champion quartet, Nitro, you are in for a treat. Imagine! You get all of this plus a cameo performance by the amazing “Calvin the Magician”.
Prizes are being awarded for the BEST COSTUME in the Mardi Gras theme! Come to the show dressed in Mardi Gras garb … lots of colour and jangly stuff. Hats would be good too. Join in the fun.
By now you are saying:
“OK, OK … I get it … I want go, I want to be there!”
